Alma Santiago Martinez is a well-known Mexican healer who has trained as a psychologist at the “Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México”. Her traditional knowledge comes from the lineage of her grandmothers from Tenochtitlan, Veracruz and Oaxaca. She applies this knowledge as both a healer and a mother. Together with her partner Xolotl, she is Lineage Keeper of ancient Nahuatl tradition. In Mexico City, she is considered by many as one of the most powerful traditional healers. Alma has taught and given workshops in Mexico, Canada, England, Italy, France and Germany. She holds expansive knowledge of working with crystals, with an especially deep understanding of obsidian as a healing tool.
